Omniva (Post boxes and courier delivery)
LP Express(Unisend) (Post boxes and courier delivery)

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. Standard shipping time takes approximately 3 to 5 business days. Please note that shipping times may be extended during peak holiday periods or due to unexpected shipping delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number for your package via Omniva or LP Express(Unisend). You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress and estimated delivery date.

Delivery Times

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Kindly provide a photo of the damage for verification. Once we receive the necessary information, we will arrange a replacement for you.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns only in the case that your order was damaged during shipping. If you wish to make changes to your order (such as adjustments or cancellations), you must contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, orders are processed, and we are unable to accommodate any changes.
