1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding document that establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and MB “Mažųjų Džiaugsmas”(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), as well as the conditions for purchasing goods, making payments, delivery, returns, liability of the parties, and other provisions related to purchasing goods from the online store www.tinytreasures.lt.

1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms their acceptance of these Terms.

1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Buyer has formed a shopping cart, provided a delivery address, selected a payment method, reviewed these Terms, and clicked the “Buy” button.

1.4. The Seller reserves the right to change, modify, or supplement these Terms at any time in accordance with legal requirements. Registered Buyers will be notified of any changes upon logging into the www.tinytreasures.lt online store and must re-accept the updated Terms to continue shopping.

1.5. The online store www.tinytreasures.lt operates in Lithuania.

1.6. Purchases from www.tinytreasures.lt may be made by:

• All individuals of legal age;
• Minors aged 14 to 18 with parental or guardian consent, except in cases where they have independent financial income;
• Legal entities.

2. Personal Data Protection

2.1. When registering on www.tinytreasures.lt, Buyers must provide accurate personal information (name, surname, email address). To purchase goods, Buyers must also provide additional correct details (full billing address, full recipient address, phone number, and payment
method selection. If paying by credit card, the Buyer must enter their credit card details).

2.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate data.

2.3. Any personal data collected on www.tinytreasures.lt is subject to the Seller’s personal data protection policy. Personal data is not disclosed to third parties except in cases required by Lithuanian law, such as in criminal investigations where law enforcement agencies require such data.

3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods on www.tinytreasures.lt in accordance with
these Terms.

3.2. The Buyer agrees to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept
them.

3.3. The Buyer may not cancel a purchase contract concluded with www.tinytreasures.lt once an
order has been processed.

3.4. If the Buyer’s registration details change, they must update them immediately.

4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Seller agrees to provide the Buyer with access to the services of the online store
www.tinytreasures.lt under the conditions specified in these Terms.

4.2. If the Buyer attempts to disrupt the stability or security of the online store or violates their
obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend their access without notice.

4.3. The Seller agrees to respect the Buyer’s privacy and protect their personal information,
except in cases defined by Lithuanian law.

4.4. The Seller agrees to deliver the Buyer’s ordered goods to the provided address.

4.5. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver an ordered product, they will offer a similar item. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller will refund the full payment within 5 business days if a prepayment was made.

4.6. In exceptional cases, the Seller may temporarily or permanently discontinue the online store without prior notice.

5. Product Prices, Payment Methods, and Terms

5.1. The Buyer may purchase goods online 24/7.

5.2. Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the Buyer.

5.3. Prices include VAT.

5.4. Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment has been received. The delivery time starts from the payment confirmation.

6. Delivery and Exchange

6.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.

6.2. The Buyer must accept the goods in person. If they cannot receive the goods personally and the order is delivered to the provided address, they cannot make claims regarding delivery to the wrong recipient.

6.3. Orders are dispatched within 7 business days from payment confirmation.

6.4. Orders are processed within 48 hours. Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business
days.

6.5. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the Buyer or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

6.6. The Buyer must notify the Seller within 48 hours if the package is damaged, contains incorrect items, or has missing parts.

7. Product Quality Guarantee

7.1. The characteristics of each product are detailed in its description.

7.2. The Buyer understands that product images may not fully reflect the actual colors, shapes, or dimensions due to display differences. The Seller is not responsible for such variations.

8. Returns and Exchanges

8.1. According to the Lithuanian Civil Code (Article 6.228-10), custom-made goods cannot be returned.

8.2. To modify or cancel an order, the Buyer must contact the Seller within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes are no longer possible.

8.3. Defective products are replaced or refunded according to the regulations approved by the Lithuanian Minister of Economy.

8.4. Buyers can return items only if they are defective or damaged during shipping.

8.5. To initiate a return, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email (info@tinytreasures.lt) within 14 business days, including the order number and product details.

8.6. Returns must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
• The product must be unused and undamaged.
• The product must not have missing labels or be stained.
• The returned item must be complete, just as it was received.

8.7. The Seller may refuse returns if the Buyer fails to comply with these conditions.

8.8. Returns can be sent to Laurų sodų 4-oji g. 52, Vilnius, Lithuania via the Seller’s courier
service.

8.9. If the wrong item was delivered or if the product is defective, the Seller will replace it with an equivalent product or issue a full refund within 14 business days. If an equivalent product is unavailable, the Buyer will receive a refund.

8.10. Buyers returning defective products from abroad are responsible for shipping costs.

9. Communication

9.1. The Buyer must send all communications via the contact form on www.tinytreasures.lt or
the provided email address.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law.

10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved according to Lithuanian legal procedures.

10.3. If the Buyer does not agree with these Terms, they may not use www.tinytreasures.lt.

10.4. Disputes will be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in accordance with Lithuanian law.
